GARLICY GOATS CHEESE MUSHROOMS.

My parents get home today so I decided to make the most of having a free kitchen by making the one thing I know I could never cook if my mum was around.
Garlicy goats cheese mushrooms.
My mum absolutely hates garlic and everything about it.
So I am never allowed to cook with it when she is around.
She is going to walk through the door and scream at me for the smell but it was well worth it.

Ingredients:
2 large flat mushrooms
Butter
1 clove of garlic
Tomato purée
Salt & pepper
Creamy goats cheese
1 slice of bread

Method:
Peel and wash the mushrooms.
Crush the garlic and mix with two tea spoons of butter and a dollop of tomato purée.
Spread the mixture on the mushrooms evenly.

Sprinkle the goats cheese on top of the mushrooms.

Lightly toast the slice of bread and whizz it in a food processor to make breadcrumbs.
Spread these evenly over the mushrooms.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 mins until golden.

Serve with balsamic glaze.

The perfect starter for any meal.
Delish.
