Saturday Kitchen.
Vegetable Korma
This is a bit of a cheat because I used Sainsbury's own korma sauce for £1. Bargaiiiiin.

I roasted:
butternut squash
sweet potato
&corgettes
in the oven for 20 mins on the highest temp with olive oil & salt
Then I fried chopped onions in a pan of hot oil, added the roasted veg, a tin of sweetcorn and a handful of baby leaf spinach and added the korma sauce.
I let it all simmer for 5 mins whilst i cooked the cous cous and VOIIIILAA.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)

LUNCH.
Stuffed Aubergine.
This is so easyyy peassy.
Just fry some chopped onions in a pan with oil and add:
cooked cous cous
chopped tomatoes
mixed veg
balsamic vinegar
salt
and
cream cheese
mix it all together and leave to one side.
Hollow out an aubergine and stuff it with the mixture
Top with cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in a pre heated oven at roughly 200 degrees for about half an hour.
Serve on a bed of baby leaf spinach and drizzle with blasamic glaze.
DONE.

JACK WILLS YOU SEXY THANG.

I also got some leather gloves because my hands get so effing cold.. I know it's a bit late and the snow has gone but fuck it.. there is always next winter.
So I had work today, got introduced to the new trend: Meadow. It's so pretty :)
Saloon isn't really my thing and fringing can fack off because it always gets tangled up on the hanger but I am thinking of buying into the whole check shirt thing.. I'm waiting for a really nice neutral one that doesn't scream TOPMAN.
Downtown BORES me, it's wayyyyy too nude. but there are some really sexy little numbers so check it out.
