WAGAMAMA.

Last night I cooked a Wagamama inspired feast for my two food loving friends Sammy & Victoria.
It was a lot more stressful that I expected and I have come to realise how much I dislike following recipes.
I much prefer making it up as I go along and I ended up tweaking the recipes anyway.
It was definitely a blogworthy meal though so here goes...

Chicken Katsu Curry - the worlds most delicious dish.
I have always wanted to make it from scratch but it didn't exactly turn out as good as I would have liked. It was still yummy though - just nowhere as good as the real shit.
I got the recipe from here because it isn't available in the Wagamama book or on the website.

Panko breadcrumbs are my new obsession.
I'm gna spend a lot of time coating and deep frying things because tbh it's the only way to cook.

KFC who?

Salmon and Veg Korroke.

Fry 1 chopped onion and two chopped garlic cloves in oil until golden
boil chunks of sweet potato and normal potatoes in water until soft
add frozen peas at the last minute and drain
mash up with the onion and garlic, tomato ketchup, sweet chilli dip, a tin of drained sweetcorn and a tin of skinless and boneless pink salmon
roll into balls and slightly flatten
dip in plain flour, egg and then finally panko breadcrumbs
deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

I also made a stirfry but none of you are that bad in the kitchen that you need a recipe.

I made a side salad with mixed leaves, roasted peppers and a dressing made of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sweet chilli dip, salt, pepper and tomato ketchup.
I served it all up with boiled white rice and VOILA..
FEAST.

GET IN MY BELLY.
