SOUP.
Roast yellow & red peppers, onions, garlic, and carrots with balsamic, oli, salt, pepper and honey (45 mins, stir occasionally and add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes for the last 15 mins)
Add to a blender with 2 cups of stock and WHIZZZZZZZZZ. Stir in some Philadelphia to make it extra yummy.
DONE.
'EALTHY INNIT.
Quinoa - healthier and lower fat than couscous but just as good.
Boil for 15 minutes and then add to fried onions, chicken, sweetcorn, peas and tomatoes.
Add a dollop of cream cheese, sundried tomato pesto, tomato puree, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Stir and serve with balsamic glaze.
YUM.

JEWJEWJEW.
So every year we do the same tedious service
and the same terrible jokes are cracked.
Every year the kids (I say kids but I'm 20 and I'm the youngest) get told off for making too much noise
and every year the adults end up in fits of laughter over immature things like jewish words that sound rude.
It's so boring. It's so repetitive
but at least it ends in a nice meal.
This is the jewiest thing my family does. So appreciate the effort...

Food Recommendation of the Week.
Aunty Rozzi's Lasagne.
Those of you who are lucky enough to have tried this will know that my aunty Rozzi makes the most AMAZING lasagne in the world.
Honestly, this is my favourite home cooked meal of all time.

Friend of the Week.
She may be small
and she may seem quiet
but Alice Faye Hadley is actually one of the most hilarious human beings on the planet
and she really doesn't mean to be.
Alice is Friend of the Week purely because of her performance in this video.
AMAZING.
Jack the Lad.
Thursdays will not be the same without you.
What am I going to do now that I can't sit and scream at the TV making frustrated 'I WANT YOU' noises every Thursday.
and there is no more Secret Diary of a Call Girl.
Thursday used to be my favourite night.
FML.

Floral leggings & Trilby hats
Summer is here.
Today I went to work with a change of shoes in my bag.
I wore Uggs for the walk from the car park to the Bullring, and then put SANDALS on when I arrived.
This is a big deal for me.
The day I say goodbye to boots is the official first day of summer.
I was so in the spirit of 'summer days' that I even purchased floral leggings and a wicker hat.
Shame it was raining when I left work.
