The easiest most delicious dessert EVER.
INGREDIENTS
1 large bar of white chocolate
800g double cream
Fresh berries
Passion fruit – slice in half and scoop out seeds/gooey bits
METHOD
1. Boil up a pan of water, place a glass bowl over the pan, and put the bar of white chocolate in the bowl to melt the chocolate
2. Whilst melting the chocolate, whip the double cream in a bowl until thickened
3. Fill each individual glass with passion fruit and berries
3. When the chocolate is melted mix it in with the cream and pour the mix into five individual glasses and allow to set for four hours in the fridge
4. Top with a few more berries and voilllaaaaa
