Saturday Kitchen.

Vegetable Korma



This is a bit of a cheat because I used Sainsbury's own korma sauce for £1. Bargaiiiiin.

I roasted:
butternut squash
sweet potato
&corgettes
in the oven for 20 mins on the highest temp with olive oil & salt

Then I fried chopped onions in a pan of hot oil, added the roasted veg, a tin of sweetcorn and a handful of baby leaf spinach and added the korma sauce.
I let it all simmer for 5 mins whilst i cooked the cous cous and VOIIIILAA.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)
